Arybe was developed with the goal of replacing external platforms and tools that the company used to subscribe to for press release operations, aiming to reduce costs. However, the system had very low adoption.
We measured a satisfaction rate of 0%, and through qualitative research we identified several weaknesses in the experience, with a lot of friction. The biggest problem was in the creation and manipulation of Contacts and Mailing lists, which is the basis of the system's main flow and impacts the entire user journey.
After working on prototypes we conducted usability and A/B tests to validate the proposed solutions. The main improvements shipped addressed new concepts to enhance usability:
Shortcuts for managing contacts throughout the system;
Bulk actions;
New integrations between the Contacts and Mailing lists modules;
Resending and forwarding press releases to new contacts.
